More than sixteen years in leadership and human development
I’m Wiam Abboud, a writer, trainer, speaker and entrepreneur, and the founder of Academy 777. I studied telecommunications engineering, then found my passion in working with people and helping them develop their potential. I have more than sixteen years of experience in leadership, training, direct selling and building international teams — and I still work in direct selling today. I believe self-leadership is where it begins: understanding yourself, taking responsibility for your choices, and turning what you learn into a step you can actually apply. Through writing and training, I share what I have learned and walk with you as you build a clearer direction for your life and work.
